The top picture which you see has the same design as my property just that they are with furnitures.. haaa.. Crap.. it Is a Penthouse located at Aquaris. Quite a nice Apartment with everything well done up, well maintain of the flooring and stuff. hmmm As i can say the view is not nice.. haa you tell me where can you get nice view in Sg when all the apartments are so closed to each other??? haaa It is a 3+1 bedrooms... The rooms are quite very spacious...

Ha.. today i try to bring the client around.. for the first time.. phew.. was feeling very panic and stress up cuz my agent was one of those kind whereby he wants everything to run smoothly and i can tell that he doesnt has a good temper and no patience.... but he told me that he will back me up and corrected me as and when. He is the only agent who taught me so much stuff and let me try out on my own... Like what i say.. it is really a very eye-opening day for me... cuz i view different kinds of property and what is most important i learnt alot of stuff from me... He really makes me inspire to be an successful real estate agent hmm dun ask me why.. hahaa it is just that feeling but one thing he is quite a handworking person... Well.. there is no free lunch in the world... so if you want the Money you have to WOrk Hard.... I think maybe i will Give it a tRy in this field... well.. lets see how things work during the balance months.. haaa maybe at the end of the day i will tell you that i wont want to be an agent... :x
