The top picture which you see has the same design as my property just that they are with furnitures.. haaa.. Crap.. it Is a Penthouse located at Aquaris. Quite a nice Apartment with everything well done up, well maintain of the flooring and stuff. hmmm As i can say the view is not nice.. haa you tell me where can you get nice view in Sg when all the apartments are so closed to each other??? haaa It is a 3+1 bedrooms... The rooms are quite very spacious...

Ha.. today i try to bring the client around.. for the first time.. phew.. was feeling very panic and stress up cuz my agent was one of those kind whereby he wants everything to run smoothly and i can tell that he doesnt has a good temper and no patience.... but he told me that he will back me up and corrected me as and when. He is the only agent who taught me so much stuff and let me try out on my own... Like what i say.. it is really a very eye-opening day for me... cuz i view different kinds of property and what is most important i learnt alot of stuff from me... He really makes me inspire to be an successful real estate agent hmm dun ask me why.. hahaa it is just that feeling but one thing he is quite a handworking person... Well.. there is no free lunch in the world... so if you want the Money you have to WOrk Hard.... I think maybe i will Give it a tRy in this field... well.. lets see how things work during the balance months.. haaa maybe at the end of the day i will tell you that i wont want to be an agent... :x

I find that ever since i started my attachment, my life has becOme so Bored!!! everyday daily routine will be... MoRning wake up, bath, prepare breakfast, goes to work.. After work... maybe meet fren for dinner if not head striaght back home to sleep. Thats why you all can hardly find me online... yawn.... I hate this kind of working life!!!!! I long for my slippers day, i long for my t-shirt , jean and shorts days..... =( jeans where are you?????? I HATE TO WEAR hEELS!!!!!! Its Make my leg HuRt!!!!!!!!! arghz.... :-( :-( I miss those laughing days with chau chau... well... we still get to meet everyday for lunch but just an hour of laughing... =( aigh!!!! So hate to work with KAILIN.... everYDAy gIve me the black face.... Alway tHink that she is very GREAT in everything!!! Hey come on lo.... nobody is perfect in this world.... why cant u be humble abit??? Can you all imagine... Office wear... she wore a mini 'office wear' skirt... OMG you know the skirt looks like those restura skirt.... and... her leg is not those slim slim type... =x i still can remember the moment i step in and i looked at wat she wore i was like... goin to laugh out loud.. hee i just changed my hp on last sunday.. i got myself a w800i.. ehheee.. so far i love that phone very much... I am alway a nokia user.. but now i decided to have a change of brand.. hmmm so far this phone doesnt disappoint me... everything and every functions are very good.. tHe pic abOve was taken tOday.. hehe That was a sesame and almond paste... it is a combine. Taste great but abIt too sweet.. Oh ya the place is at 54 ZiOn rOad.. The shOp has a very chee na decoration... not baD... i Love it very Much... haa the dessert also taste Nice.. YUmmy.. it iS so SmoOth.. and it goes straight down to yOUr throat... buRp! Recently i am very Crazy aBt Dan Vinci cOde.. welL.. it is abit tOO late but i onLy have the time to read the story book now.. heheh..hmmm it is my cup of tea... very interesting.. the way the author wrote in and how the mystery was being solve... hmm i think it is alittle inappropriate to write the story here cuz it consist of abit of the bible and stuff... .. so you guys got to check it out yourself.. haaa... Today i bought another storybook also by dan brown.. i think it is the angel and demons... haaa hOpe that it will also be another storybook with i am looking forward too... Recently i just completed a storybook -Empress Orchid. It is a very nice storybook talking about empress orchid.. how she made her way to become a empress from a poor girl and all other difficulties which she faced... hehehe... ok.. got to go.. have to Help my Buddy suEn to tHink of ideas.. for her project.. tata...
